This is my first time to Maitreya and my first time staying at Lavande. Although the names are different, they are both owned by Jinjiang Hotel. During this 20-day trip to Yunnan, most of them stayed in Vienna hotels. Maitreya's Vienna only had double-bed rooms, while Lavande could have twin-bed rooms. Maybe this was the fate of Lavande. Staying at Lavande Hotel for two days left a very extraordinary impression on me! Lavande Hotel is not only brand new, it will only open in 2023. The lobby is elegantly decorated and the guest rooms are spacious. The waiters at the front desk greeted you with a smile, responded to your requests, took the initiative to pour tea and water, and made you feel at home. The coffee and tea in the lobby and the enthusiasm of the receptionist warmed our hearts.

The room was OK, the bed was pretty good. There were no chairs in the huge room. I had to ask the waiter to get some. From the lobby to the elevator, I went up to the fifth floor. The air on the fifth floor was not very good and very uncomfortable. The room was OK. Floor The guy who checked in was very helpful and helped me with my luggage. There were relatively few places to eat in that place. When I made the reservation, the standard room was 210 per night, which I think is okay.

The soundproofing is particularly poor. The corridor is noisy. The sound of water being discharged next door is clearly visible. The restaurant is very bad. There is nothing left after nine o'clock. They complain that the guests are late. The hotel is unprepared. The buffet from 7:30 to 10 o'clock is in vain. The quality of the food is very poor. It contains boiled eggs.
